Who We Are
We are located in the North of Sydney near Pennant Hills and have been supporting business and families for over 20 years. Many of our customers have been with us for over 15 years and we have seen their business and families grow.
Our long term relationship enables us to really understand your long term needs, not just one off technical fixes. Our normal coverage area is North of the harbour from Chatswood to the Hawksbury.
We do visit customers further afield, by request, as well as many who have moved way. We have remote business customers located throughout Australia and support their staff when traveling interstate and internationally.

Director & Corporate Support
Founder and head of Neighbourhood IT. Laurence loves nothing more than creating success for clients through technology solutions that make life and business better. Laurence’s business acumen and technical expertise stem from 40 years professional experience in the technology industry.
Systems Engineer
Darren is a Systems Engineer, plying his considerable technical expertise in the repair centre and onsite support. He is part way through his IT studies. Darren joined Neighbourhood IT in 2014.
Repair Center Manager & support specialist
Henry loves getting hands-on with tech, and is incredibly talented at creating hardware and software magic. Henry’s formal qualifications include BSc (Computer Engineering) from the Central Colleges of the Philippines.

Katherine manages the finance side and keeps the team organized.
